Join the Paradise Team
Please apply as soon as possible if you are interested in joining our amazing team for the 2023 summer season.
Would you like to spend your summer at one of the finest Dude Ranches in the West? Not only is Paradise a great place to vacation, but it is also a tremendous place to work -"Where good friends and memories are made". Many of our summer crew create friendships that last a lifetime. Be aware that working on a Dude Ranch is not easy. The hours can be long and we do require that all of our crew be willing to pitch in where needed. That being said, if you are hired and commit yourself, you will gain a tremendous sense of self-accomplishment and have a lot of FUN at the same time. Please take note that that we do require that you send us a short cover letter about yourself as well as a photo so that we can put a face to a name. In addition, if you are not available until August 16th, the last day of our family weeks, please do not send us an application. Lastly, when you are ready to send us your materials, don't forget to hit the submit button!
